Our session will help you relax and rejuvenate, enabling you to reconnect and fully receive the unlimited healing power of the Universe. How to prepare for a Quantum Healing Session. Drink a full glass of water prior to the session. Place another full glass of water beside you which you will drink once the session is done as it will be charged up and blessed with our beautiful prayers. Wear comfortable clothing and lay or sit in your most comfortable position. Once Natalia lets you know the session has started you’re welcome to completely surrender, let go and if you feel like it's ok to fall asleep. Believe it or not falling asleep helps you reach a level of comfort and relaxation that is optimum for healing to occur. If you wish you may also stay awake while listening to your favorite relaxing music. Once our session is done Natalia will text or call you to let you know.
